周祥发,男,1981年12月生于安徽。2002年毕业与中国科技大学物理系,2007年获光学专业博士学位。现为中国科技大学光学与光学工程系特任副研究员。主要研究兴趣集中在量子光学、量子模拟,及冷原子物理。
